More than two decades ago, my journey towards nurturing and developing others began, finding its roots in the simple act of assisting teachers by grading papers afterschool while I was in school. However, it was truly crystallized when I graduated with a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, igniting a profound passion within me.

Throughout my career spanning over twenty years, with a decade immersed in the intricacies of the mortgage industry, I've had the privilege of guiding and empowering countless individuals through various training sessions. From leadership and soft skills to technological advancements and seamless onboarding processes, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education and development.

My path led me to a mortgage company distinguished by its commitment to fostering genuine connections with both employees and clients, while also embracing cutting-edge technology. Intrigued by a senior leadership team renowned for their compassion and strategic acumen, I found myself drawn to Orion Lending.  Since joining Orion as the Vice President of Learning and Engagement in 2018, I've been honored to contribute my wealth of experience, forward-thinking vision, and boundless enthusiasm to our collective journey. At the heart of our mission in Learning and Engagement lies a commitment to crafting dynamic learning experiences tailored to the needs of our team members, delivering mortgage industry insights and company updates with care and precision, and collaboratively curating enriching and memorable moments for our dedicated staff.

Beyond my professional obligations, my family stands as the focal point of my existence. Whether we're embarking on everyday adventures or engaging in uproarious game nights, it's those cherished instances when we intentionally detach from external distractions and wholeheartedly invest in one another that truly resonate with me. Additionally, our ownership of two cycle studios adds another dimension to our lives.
