We are pleased to announce the promotion of Richard Plummer to Executive Vice President of Operations!  Richard joined the Orion Family over six years ago and has been a fundamental part of Orion Lending’s success.  

During his tenure, Richard has introduced multiple forward-thinking mortgage and tech concepts that have reshaped Orion Lending’s fulfillment processes, resulting in an amazing customer experience.  In addition, Richard has helped shape an award-winning company culture, recognized both locally and nationally.

With this well-deserved promotion, Richard will continue to report to Curtis Edwards, Orion Chief Lending Officer and will continue to focus on all facets of the Operation’s team including streamlining processes, expansion and more.

As the new Executive Vice President of Operations, Richard is looking forward to continuing to deliver an out of this world broker experience through his How Can I Help initiative, while encouraging his team to continue to embody the Orion Pledge in all aspects of their duties.
