With over 4.5+ years of experience in wholesale lending, I’ve built my reputation on structuring deals that don’t fit inside traditional guidelines. I specialize in Non-QM and alternative lending solutions, including DSCR, Bank Statement, and P&L programs, giving brokers the ability to serve self-employed borrowers, investors, and clients with unique income profiles.
My approach is hands-on. I work alongside brokers to structure deals, identify opportunities, and ensure a smooth path from submission to funding. From the initial scenario review to final approval, I stay actively involved to help eliminate friction, solve problems early, and keep deals moving forward.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
