Position Summary
The Closing Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Closing Manager with management and oversight of the closing department. Assisting with managing workflow, assuring all closing documents comply with company, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and industry standard rules and regulations. Ensure the production department meets the deadlines required to get loans insured, endorsed, or sold to third parties. Work with other departments on all process improvement activities. This position will also require contact with title companies and attorneys to resolve more complex issues.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage closing process, ensuring timely and accurate closing of loans.
• Implement and maintain losing procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution.
• Providing support and leadership to closing team members, including providing training, coaching and support to enhance performance and productivity.

• Lead periodic meetings to discuss improvement, provide feedback, and review changes.

• Responsible for partnering with the Closing Manager for hiring, ensuring team members maintain adherence to all HR policies, including performance reviews, and terminations.
• Daily review of reporting for pipeline, production, and quality management.

• Responsible for assisting Post Closing and Quality Control to maintain/assure salability of loans in the Secondary Market.

Position Summary
The Senior Test Lead is responsible for developing test cases, executing complex UAT scenarios, identifying system defects, and supporting high-quality delivery of the Loan Origination System(LOS). This role serves as a key testing SME within the Operational Excellence organization and provides mentoring support to junior testers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and repeatable testing practices. The position requires strong mortgage industry knowledge and hands-on LOS testing experience across a variety of loan products and workflows. While not owning the overall UAT strategy, the Senior Test Lead plays an essential role in test execution, regression maintenance, defect validation, and ensuring workflows function as expected in a production-like environment.

UAT Execution & Test Case Development
• Develop detailed test scripts for end-to-end mortgage workflows including purchase, refinance, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Retail, and Wholesale scenarios.

Position Summary
The Jr. Funder will assist the closing team by performing duties as determined by closing leadership. Jr. Funder will be assigned duties listed below, based on business need.
Assist with Post Closing:
o Checking signed documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper signatures.
o Following up on missing documents and funding conditions after funding.
o Audit closed loan files to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
o Performs communications and updates every 24 to 48 hours on the files by making detailed notes in the Post closing Notes section in Encompass.
