Responsibilities
Handles all re-disclosures including appropriate escalation, validates changes of circumstance, ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinance, and maintain current on all mortgage related regulations and changes as well as thorough knowledge of TRID/RESPA polices.
Required Skills
Minimum one year experience in closing, post-closing, processing, or real estate documentation area of a title company or financial institution, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to proactively solve problems, attention to details, and ability to work in a past-faced, process-center environment, and very well organized.
Responsibilities
Receive, log, and review loan submissions for completeness and ensure they meet company compliance and submission requirements, communicate with broker and account manager regarding missing/required documents, register and issue initial loan disclosures.
Required Skills
1-2 years experience in mortgage banking, excellent telephone communications skills, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to details.
Responsibilities
Responsible for curing investor/insuring conditions prior to the expected due date. Work with various parties (internal and external) to obtain needed documentation to resolve all items that affect the insurability/salability of the loan in a timely manner. Independent and self-motivated with experience in dealing with FHA, VA and conventional loans. Encompass experience is preferred.
Required Skills
2-5 years experience in mortgage preferable in Post-Closing or Insuring curing investor/insuring conditions. Multi-tasker, strong sense of urgency, customer service, team work, and able to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written skills.
