There are many things I love about Orion. The atmosphere is very welcoming and very conducive to learning. This is my first full-time job in mortgage at Orion, so I had to legitimately start with 0 knowledge about the industry. Everyone, from my teammates to my managers, were very helpful in navigating what I had to do as well as understand the process as a whole. From compliance to how an error could affect us as a company, I have learned many things.
